WV State Penitentiary Door Opening

Our Favorite Videos While we were investigating the WV State Penitentiary, we were in the psych ward.  A door opened by itself and we caught it on film.  We did not see the door open however until we were home reviewing the footage.  A year later we returned to the prison and did everything to duplicate the door opening without assistance.  The door was a solid, heavy steel door and it does not open by without help.  Click the link to the left to watch the video.

This picture was taken of some family members at my Aunt's house shortly after her husband had passed.	When inverted, the light between the lady and gentleman looks like a hand. The shadow on the gentleman's shoulder and the one over his left shoulder are only light coming in the window and a reflection off the television screen.

This picture was taken at a house close to the Perryville Battlefield in Perryville, KY. - by Kelly Hunt Collins	What we see is a man's face which is indicative of the hair and beard styles of the Civil War era. During the investigation, we heard cannon fire and had a ghost box session with a soldier named Michael Cavenaugh who spoke in a thick Irish accent. He was looking for his brother Sean. Both Sean and Michael Cavenaugh were killed at the Battle of Perryville.
Serena was experiencing a shadow person at her house which turned into a nightmare investigation with her dog being possessed. This photo was captured. There were no light sources and this photo appears to have facial features.
This was the house where I grew up in WV. While at first glance, this looks like it is a bug on the lens of the camera, there was no bug. The house was haunted by a little girl who identified herself as Elizabeth. She would change the channels on the television to cartoons as well as play with this puppy.
This picture was taken at an undisclosed location in KY. On the left, there is something moving off the bed. On the right, it appears there is a clock. A tripod was in use so there was no camera movement. - by Kelly Hunt Collins

In this investigation, we were at a private residence where a little boy had been seen by the children living in the home.  The little boy had identified himself to the children as Georgie.

At a home in Central KY, James and Kelly were outside doing EVPs.  They did not hear the voice speaking as Kelly was speaking.

At this same investigation, James and Kelly asked if the ghost wanted them to leave.  This was the response.

At a hotel in Central KY, near a Civil War battlefield, we received these EVPs.  Our opinion is they are drum cadences and musket fire.

This EVP was taken in the cafeteria.  We are not certain why we were able to record a child's voice, but to us, it sounds like "Mommy, I'm Cold."

This EVP was caught in the Sugar Shack.  The Sugar Shack was the recreation room where there were no guards.  The inmates played pool in this room.  Many horrible things occurred here.
