See the image all in red. Red
is used as a symbol of our deepest, darkest and biggest rage, fear, depression, etc.
All the emotions and yuck we need to not allow in our lives. (chaotic energy)
It's the emotions that cause us to harm others and is debilitating to our spirituality.
Tell the red it has no place in your life.

See the image shift to orange.
Orange is used as a symbol of our medium anger, fear, depression, etc. Again, emotions
that cause us to not move forward when and where we should, second guess ourselves and
keep us in a state of panic so we are too distracted to think about and act on our spirituality. Tell
the orange it has no place in your life.

See the image shift to yellow.
Yellow is used as a symbol of our lower anger, fear, depression, etc. These emotions,
while sometimes beneficial, still hold us back from doing what we need to do. Such
as using doubt as a weapon against us. We feel we should write a book for example, but the yellow
symbol tells us we're not smart enough, don't have time or no one will read it anyway so why
bother. Tell the yellow it has no place in your life.

See the image shift to green.
Green is a symbol of healing. We start taking control of our lives, our minds and
our spirituality. Stay in this place for a while and breathe in the "fresh
clean air" of healing. (I usually see a field of green grass with trees. I actually begin feeling like
I'm outside and not closed up in my house. I can smell the earth and the air.)
Enjoy this. Tell the green to cleanse and heal you.

See the image shift to blue.
Blue is a symbol of calmness and peace. You may feel as if you are floating on
water. Feel how wonderful this is. This is relaxation. Stay in the blue for a while
and teach your body (muscle memory) what it feels like to feel truly relaxed. Give yourself a trigger
word (I use blue). Later, after you have practiced this for a while, you can find
that when you get upset in the outside world, you can breathe in and out and say your
trigger word in your head and your body will respond with relaxation - not sleepiness, but a feeling
of calmness. Then you can deal with whatever is facing you without the normal panic we usually feel.
Tell the blue to allow you to control your emotions at all times.

See the image shift to indigo.
Indigo is a symbol of complete relaxation. Sometimes you'll fall asleep here
- that's okay. Although you are relaxed, indigo will re-energize you, give
you a sense of peace and make the mountains look more like molehills. You gain more control the longer you
stay in the indigo (not necessarily the longer you stay asleep - lol).

See the image shift to violet.
Violet is the full connection with the God and Goddess (or your higher self depending
on how you see it). At this point, true spirituality can begin to grow.
You start being a spiritual person instead of a person who has spirituality. It
becomes who you are not just what you do.
